Your buyers now ask AI who to trust.
You're not the answer yet.
When someone needs software like yours, they open ChatGPT before they open Google. It answers with three or four companies. If you're not one of them, you don't exist to your buyer.
I get B2B SaaS companies into those answers, and into Google's results, so the right people find you and book time with you. Delivered personally.
Start with a one-week audit. You'll know what's broken, what it's costing you, and what to fix first, whether or not we ever work together again.
Been there, done that
I spent the last two years building Makula's inbound funnel from nothing. Here's what happened.
Get found on Google
I built the channel by hand: blogs, manual backlinks, guest posts, FAQ and comparison schema. Daily search impressions went from zero to 10,000 in six months, and kept climbing to over 550,000 a month by the end. Domain rating climbed from single digits to 36.
Turn visits into pipeline
Organic traffic grew more than 7x, and they were the right visitors: one in five inbound leads booked a demo. That inbound engine helped land Makula's first Fortune 500 customer, its largest deal to date.
Show up inside AI answers
Buyers stopped starting on Google and began asking ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini who to trust. I restructured the content for AI search. Towards the end of the engagement, 90% of the demos that actually converted traced back to buyers who found us through AI, not a search results page.
"Ali was our first inbound hire, and honestly one of the best decisions we made early on. He built our organic channel from absolutely nothing into a real pipeline source, including our biggest deal to date, and did it solo. When AI search started changing how buyers found us, he was already restructuring our content for it before we even asked."
"Ali digs into what's actually broken instead of running a generic checklist, and he'll tell you straight if something isn't worth doing yet. Docutrax's search and AI visibility used to be an afterthought. Working with him changed that."
Sound like your website?
I've been in the room for all five. The audit tells you which one is actually yours.
One week. Then you decide if I stick around.
For one week I go through your site the way a search engine does, then the way your buyer does. The SEO and GEO audit is fixed price, yours to keep either way.
- Full technical SEO review: indexing, structure, speed, crawlability
- Content gap analysis mapped to what your buyers actually search
- AI visibility assessment across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews
- A prioritized fix list ordered by revenue impact, not by effort theater
I don't trust the AI tools for this, so I check ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI myself, one buyer question at a time.
What actually happens, step by step
-
You book, I ask ten minutes of your time
A short intake on what the business actually sells and who it sells to. No account access needed, no workshops, no kickoff theater.
-
One week of audit work
I go through your technical setup, your content against what buyers search, and how you show up (or don't) in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, all from public and crawlable sources. You don't need to do anything during this week.
-
You get the report and a walkthrough call
A written report you can hand to any developer or writer, plus a call where I walk you through the prioritized fix list, ordered by revenue impact, with effort estimates.
-
Fix it yourself, or I build it with you
The report is complete on its own. If you want the channel built properly, we scope a monthly engagement, and the audit fee credits fully toward month one.
Have deeper problems?
For companies that want the channel built properly, not just diagnosed. Delivered by the same senior person every month. No juniors, no handoffs, no account managers.
- A deeper audit first. Month one starts with Search Console and GA4 connected, so priorities are set against your real rankings and traffic, not a crawl estimate.
- Fix what it finds, in the order it actually matters, not the order it's easiest to bill.
- Keyword and cluster research, including mapping the specific questions your buyers ask AI. Specific answers to niche questions matter as much as authority, sometimes more, and it's the piece most competitors skip.
- From there, the work follows what the audit found. More content, more backlinks and authority signals, or continued technical work, whichever your site actually needs. Not a fixed package sold the same way to everyone.
- Monthly reports on what changed and what's next. Not a dashboard dump, a written summary you can actually read.
- Direct access to ask questions, whenever you need to. No ticket to an account manager to understand why something was done. You talk to the person who did it, and I'll walk you through the technical parts in plain language, not jargon.
Scope and pricing are set after the audit, because pricing a site nobody has examined is guessing. Engagements run a minimum of three months, since SEO that shows results in 30 days is SEO that was faked.
Not meant for everyone.
We're a fit if
- You don't have a real organic channel yet, or inherited one that never worked
- You're fine paying for the audit before anything else gets decided, instead of a free call that's secretly a sales pitch
- You want the same person who wrote the report to also do the work, no handoff to a team afterward
- You're comfortable with mostly-async collaboration, with real-time calls in your working hours
- You'd rather hear "that GEO tactic is snake oil" than get sold one
- You can commit to a three to six month build, not a 30-day test
We're not a fit if
- You want a free strategy call before spending anything
- You want "GEO" added as a checkbox, with nothing structural actually changing
- You need a full team assigned on day one
- You're chasing a ranking guarantee next month
What I've actually spent eleven years learning is how people decide: what makes someone trust a name, click a link, or quietly close the tab. I picked that up sideways, a local agency in Karachi, then Daraz (South Asia's biggest e-commerce platform), then PureSquare (consumer cybersecurity), then two years building Makula's channel from nothing in Berlin. None of it planned. All of it the same question, asked in a different industry each time.
A YouTube play button, sixteen Effie awards, and a million followers, picked up along the way. The last couple of years I've been learning the same thing about how search engines and AI decide what to trust. Putting the two together is most of what I actually do now.

Things people ask before booking
What is GEO?
Why is the audit USD 450?
Why a three-month minimum on retainers?
Do you only work with B2B SaaS?
Who actually does the work?
How do we work across time zones?
If none of this landed, book a call anyway. Explain the problem, I'll tell you something useful, no strings.
There's one of me, so there's a limit. Based in Karachi, working across time zones.
