Two services for B2B SaaS that want to be named in AI answers

An audit that tells you which few things are actually keeping you out of the answer. A retainer that fixes them and keeps you there. Priced separately, and you can stop after the first one.

Most people start with the audit, because it is one week and fixed, and it tells you whether you need the retainer at all. If you continue, the audit fee credits fully toward month one.

One week · fixed price

AI visibility audit

Any crawler can hand you three hundred problems. The audit tells you which handful are actually the reason a buyer asking ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini or Google's AI does not hear your name, and the order to fix them in.

  • Five engines asked your buyers' questions, by hand, recorded and dated
  • A short list of fixes in order, each with the reasoning and the effort
  • The full crawl in the appendix, and the report is yours either way

Monthly · three month minimum

SEO retainer, with AI visibility built in

The ongoing work that gets you into the answer and keeps you there. Called an SEO retainer because that is what it is: the engines pull from the pages Google ranks, so the fundamentals done properly are most of the job.

  • The audit's short list shipped, then the pages that should rank and be quoted
  • The same buyer prompts re-run against five engines every month
  • Scoped from the audit, quoted in writing before anything starts

Came with a specific problem?

Every one of these starts with the audit, at the same price, so you get a written answer before you commit to anything larger.

“We rank on Google but ChatGPT never names us.”

The audit, pointed at that one question.

What is in the audit →

“Traffic dropped after a Google update.”

The audit, scoped to what changed and when. Usually one week, sometimes a fixed project after.

What is in the audit →

“We are redesigning or migrating and cannot afford to lose rankings.”

A fixed project, quoted before the build starts.

Talk first →

“Our comparison pages lose to a competitor’s.”

Often the whole answer is three pages. Quoted from the audit.

What is in the audit →

“We publish every week and nothing moves.”

The audit finds whether the pages are the problem or the mentions are. Usually the second.

What is in the audit →

“We are not sure any of this AI stuff matters for us yet.”

The audit tells you. Sometimes the answer is not yet, and I say so.

Words from the people who have paid me.

Ali was our first inbound hire, and honestly one of the best decisions we made early on. He built our organic channel from absolutely nothing into a real pipeline source, including our biggest deal to date, and did it solo. When AI search started changing how buyers found us, he was already restructuring our content for it before we even asked.

Ali digs into what’s actually broken instead of running a generic checklist, and he’ll tell you straight if something isn’t worth doing yet. Docutrax’s search and AI visibility used to be an afterthought. Working with him changed that.

Before you book

Can I hire you for just the audit?
Yes. Most people do. It is one week and fixed price, and it tells you whether you need the retainer at all. If you continue, the audit fee credits fully toward month one.
Does the retainer require an audit first?
Yes. Until the audit is done neither of us knows whether you need three months of content work, a citation push, or nothing at all. I would rather scope from findings than from a call.
Why is it called an SEO retainer and not a GEO retainer?
Because it is good SEO that gets you named in AI answers. The engines pull from the same pages Google ranks, and the work that gets those pages cited is mostly the fundamentals done properly, plus a layer of checking what the engines actually say and fixing what stops them. Calling it something new would be marketing, not accuracy.
What if I am not sure which one I need?
Book 30 minutes. You describe the problem, I tell you what I think. No proposal unless you ask for one.
